MADE BRISK is a mobile specialty coffee & matcha pop-up based in Portsmouth, serving high-quality coffee and matcha from a pop-up cart.
Built around bold, flavour-led drinks and a focus on convenience, MADE BRISK is designed to fit seamlessly into busy, everyday routines; from markets and university campuses to private events.
With an emphasis on quality ingredients, fast service, and a strong visual identity, MADE BRISK aims to offer something different from traditional coffee-to-go. The brand continues to grow through local partnerships, community events, and a commitment to creating drinks people genuinely come back for.
Our Story
MADE BRISK started when we met on our first day at university, both studying digital marketing.
The idea came pretty naturally. We spent a lot of time trying different coffee spots and getting into matcha, and at some point realised there was space to do something of our own. About six months later, we decided to go for it.
A lot of MADE BRISK has come together with the people around us. Friends helped shape everything; from the name and logo to building the cart itself. Since then, it’s been a lot of planning, problem solving, and figuring things out as we go.
We’re still early on, but MADE BRISK is something we’ve built from the ground up, and we’re focused on growing it properly.
